I remember reading one of her tweets which sounded off, and when I looked into it further, I realized that her husband of 18 years had passed away from a sudden heart attack. I was pregnant back then and even more emotional than I usually am, so I couldn't forget Jenny's tweets, and her simple request asking people to make her husband's favourite treat, the Peanut Butter Pie. Here I was in Dubai, miles away from New York, reading a stranger's tweets which felt so close, so personal. And even though I don't know Jenny, I had the urge to do this.
