I have not been the perfect housewife this past week or two (sorry my loves!), due to the book launch and all related to it. It's rare, but I have a somewhat empty fridge at home! So when I saw my Pantry Pizza video on MyDubaiMyCity today - a light bulb literally went on! That shall be lunch :)
