Raspberries with Vanilla Mascarpone

Easy. Prep & Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves 6 – 8
- 750g Mascarpone cheese
- 2 - 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 4 - 5 tbsp honey
- seeds of half a vanilla bean
In a bowl, whisk the honey, icing sugar and vanilla seeds with the mascarpone until well combined.
As you’re plating the dessert, start with the vanilla mascarpone, then lay the raspberries on top, add some more mascarpone and repeat the process until you have a lovely tower of raspberry and mascarpone goodness!
Chill it in the fridge for extra yumminess ;)
